R&W Paving was started in 1964 by Richard Wolpert.  His goal was to deliver a quality product at the most reasonable cost.  Today we still maintain that focus on satisfying the customer and providing quality materials and skilled workmanship.  I will continue to work hard and preserve the reputation that's been built over the years.

R & W Paving is a full service Commercial Pavement Contractor which has operated in the Monroe County Area for over 43 years. Established in 1964, we are fully insured, we specialize in solving maintenance problems for commercial, industrial and institutional customers.  We also specialize in snow removal, crack and joint sealants, asphalt patching and repair, pavement sealer, and line striping.
